Ms. Recheen Calingasan is a violinist, music educator, and esteemed member of the Sounds Kradle violin faculty.

Teacher Cheen graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education (Violin Emphasis) from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Conservatory of Music, and earned her professional teacher's license in 2023. She had teacher training for violin with the Philippine Suzuki Association (2020), and in the Orff Approach with Ms. Catherine Cheng (2018).

Cheen has recently performed with the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, and is a longtime member of the Lighthouse Chamber Orchestra. She was a member of the UST Symphony Orchestra from senior high school until her college graduation in 2023.
